The Kourtidis Group has secured the No. 1 position in the prestigious international ranking of Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025

Kourtidis Group has been named the best workplace for women in Greece, achieving 1st place in the Best Workplaces™ for Women 2025 awards in the category of companies with 100 to 249 employees. This significant distinction is the result of the Group’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a workplace environment rooted in equality, empowerment, and professional growth for women.

The evaluation followed the Group’s participation in the annual Trust Index™ workplace culture survey and its certification by Great Place to Work® Hellas, based on the anonymous responses of its own employees. The fact that this recognition stems directly from their voices is the greatest confirmation that Kourtidis Group is a workplace where collaboration and respect prevail. The criteria determining the company’s position among the best workplaces for women include:

• The company’s overall performance in the Trust Index™ employee survey
• The comparison between the responses of female employees and those of the general workforce
