MIPIM 2024: A dynamic presence for Kourtidis Group

With a dynamic presence, the Greek group of companies „Kourtidis Group” participated for the first time as an exhibitor in the international exhibition MIPIM, which was held from 12 to 15 March in Cannes, France. The most important exhibition in the Real Estate sector for yet another year gathered more than 2,500 exhibitors, with the entire global real estate elite in the cosmopolitan Mediterranean city. Kourtidis Group participated in the Enterprise Greece national pavilion and stood among the leading Greek companies that hold a leading role in the Real Estate, investment, hospitality and tourism sectors.

The 33rd MIPIM 2024 exhibition brought together the world’s biggest names in Real Estate. They were informed about all the latest trends in the industry and held meetings and presentations with the aim of concluding important deals.

Kourtidis Group, gaining the interest of the visitors, had the opportunity to get in touch with clients, funds and major foreign investors who are turning their attention to our country. With a rich portfolio of more than 2,800 completed holiday homes exceeding 182,000sqm and a total of 56 organized and modern residential complexes, the group presented its innovative and bioclimatic projects, which deliver guaranteed performance and added value. Kourtidis Group is currently the only company in Greece that has in simultaneous development the construction of 1,333 holiday homes with its activity in Northern Greece covering the entire coastal zone of Kavala Prefecture, the Strymonikos Gulf and the island of Thassos.

The focus of the discussions of the group’s business delegation was the added value of the next projects and investments offered by the Kourtidis Group as well as the new large residential complexes on the island of Thassos, which in total will exceed 500 investment and residential homes.
