The Power Game: The investment of more than 100 million euros in Kavala starts in 2024
Kourtidis Group’s Alexandrou Chora investment, worth more than €100 million, is now underway. It is a mixed-use tourist complex, spread over 175,000 sq.m. at Ofrynio Beach in Kavala and will be divided into three different sections, the „Alexandrou Chora Resort”, the „Alexandrou Chora Village” and the „Alexander Theme Park”. This project, which is expected to significantly change the image of Kavala, boosting tourism in the area, will start in 2024. Already for the first phase of the project, infrastructure works are being implemented, while all the necessary approvals and permits have been completed. At the same time, the road junction studies have been completed and all technical and architectural designs have entered the final phase of redesign.
