Kourtidis Group Among the Best Workplaces Hellas 2025
A prestigious evening honoring the individuals behind the Group’s continued excellence
In an evening filled with brilliance and emotion, Kourtidis Group was honored with one of the most prestigious distinctions in the field of workplace culture in Greece, earning 8th place in the Best Workplaces Hellas 2025 awards in the category of 100–250 employees. The award ceremony took place on the evening of Monday, June 2nd, at the Athenaeum InterContinental in Athens, with the attendance of representatives from top Greek companies celebrated for their commitment to people and workplace culture.
Receiving the award on behalf of Kourtidis Group were Chief Operating Officer Isaak Kourtidis and HR Manager Georgia Efstratiou. The moment was especially symbolic, as it reflected the recognition of a consistent effort rooted in – and ultimately serving – the people within the organization.
“This distinction is proof that when there is a shared vision and a genuine relationship of trust with the team, results are bound to follow” said Isaak Kourtidis, emphasizing that the Group remains firmly committed to fostering an environment where people feel empowered to grow and contribute meaningfully. Georgia Efstratiou added, “For us at Kourtidis Group, this recognition is not just an achievement. It is a mirror of our daily reality – the trust we build, the care we offer, and the value we place on every voice.”
The evaluation for the Great Place to Work® Hellas award is based on a combination of the Trust Index© – an anonymous survey completed by employees – and the Culture Audit©, a comprehensive review of each company’s human resources policies and philosophy. Kourtidis Group’s high ranking is a strong indicator of the respect, consistency and people-first approach that define its operations across all levels.
Participation in the ceremony was more than just a presence – it was a powerful affirmation that the Group’s culture has truly made an impact. The warm applause from the audience and the uplifting energy of the event highlighted the importance of human-centric success in today’s business world.
Kourtidis Group continues to prove that business growth can go hand in hand with respect and care for people. Securing the 8th place in Best Workplaces Hellas 2025 is not only a recognition of what has been achieved but also a commitment to reach even greater milestones in the future.
