A Spectacular Event: Kourtidis Group Celebrates Its Top Achievements and Sets Ambitious Goals for the New Year

With great success and a truly festive atmosphere, Kourtidis Group welcomed the new year during its annual event for the traditional New Year’s cake-cutting ceremony. The glamorous gathering took place on the evening of Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Theatre Events Hall in Drama. The night was dedicated to the Group’s achievements, its continuous growth, and its impressive plans. The management of Kourtidis Group, employees, and partners from all six RE/MAX Choice offices (Paralia Ofriniou, Kavala, Nea Iraklitsa, Drama, Serres, and Thassos) attended the event to bid farewell to another successful year. Distinguished guests, political figures, local authorities, and external partners also honored the occasion with their presence.

Strategic Dedication and Year in Review

Kourtidis Group President – Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice, Nikos Kourtidis, and Vice President – Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice, Konstantina Dimitrova, welcomed the attendees with warm wishes for the new year before reflecting on the Group’s remarkable accomplishments over the past year. A key highlight of the presentation was the review of the ambitious goals set for 2024, all of which were successfully achieved, reaffirming the Group’s commitment to strategic excellence.

In 2024, Kourtidis Group delivered 485 residences through its construction company, OIKO Kourtidis, while 1,644 new properties are already in the pipeline for 2025 in Kavala, Thassos, Paralia Ofriniou, Asprovalta, Vrasna, and Stavros. Notably, in the Kavala region, RE/MAX Choice maintained its leading position in the real estate market, holding a 22.8% market share and achieving a record-breaking 2,780 closings in sales for the year.

The Group also strengthened its international partnerships, conducting 16 business missions in countries such as Austria, the United States, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Poland.

Awards and Achievements

The evening continued with a series of prestigious awards recognizing the outstanding achievements of RE/MAX Choice partners and team leaders across Greece and Europe. Three teams stood out globally, receiving the distinguished «Diamond Award» within the RE/MAX Global network. Additionally, according to official RE/MAX Greece results, the RE/MAX Choice office in Paralia Ofriniou ranked as the No1 office in Greece in terms of production for 2024, while the Kavala office secured the 2nd spot. The event was further honored by the presence of RE/MAX Greece’s Regional Director, Mr. Stelios Samoladas, who delivered a heartfelt speech, congratulating the RE/MAX Choice real estate consultants on their remarkable accomplishments.

Looking Ahead to 2025

The evening culminated with the cutting of the New Year’s cake, during which the ambitious goals for 2025 were officially announced. Every year, Kourtidis Group organizes this signature event in a different location where it operates, with this year’s celebration taking place in Drama. Among the distinguished guests was the Mayor of Drama, Mr. Giorgos Papadopoulos, who congratulated the Group’s management and partners for their contribution to local development while expressing his best wishes for continued success in the year ahead.
