With a powerful presence and strategic positioning in the global real estate market, Kourtidis Group participated for the second consecutive year in the world-renowned MIPIM exhibition, held from March 11 to 14 in Cannes, on the French Riviera. As an exhibitor at the national pavilion of Enterprise Greece, Kourtidis Group officially solidified its position among Greece’s top companies. The delegation had the opportunity to showcase its innovative proposals in Real Estate, Investments, and Construction, making a lasting impression and attracting the attention of global investors and business leaders.
Since its inception in 1990, MIPIM has been the premier global real estate event, bringing together more than 2,500 exhibitors from around the world. This year’s edition focused on emerging challenges and investment opportunities shaping the future of the real estate sector. With a portfolio of over 3,500 completed residences and more than 1,820 properties under development in Northern Greece, Kourtidis Group captured the interest of international investors. The Group’s management and executives engaged in significant meetings, highlighting the promising prospects of the Greek real estate market.
