RE/MAX Choice: Kourtidis Group’s real estate company once again ranks No1 in Greece

Awards, Insights and Inspiration at the 23rd RE/MAX Greece Convention

A landmark year for RE/MAX Choice of Kourtidis Group was sealed in the most emphatic way: the company achieved first place for the third consecutive year, maintaining its title as No.1 in production in Greece for 2024. This accomplishment, which confirms the company’s steady growth trajectory, was officially announced during the 23rd National Convention of RE/MAX Greece, held at the Athens Concert Hall on June 20 and 21, 2025. This year, RE/MAX Choice secured the top two positions nationwide in terms of production, with the Ofrynio Beach office ranked 1st, and the Kavala office ranked 2nd.

At the annual “Night of the Stars Gala” awards ceremony, RE/MAX Choice Real Estate Consultants from across Greece received their distinctions in an atmosphere filled with deep emotion and enthusiasm. At the heart of the evening’s success were the people of RE/MAX Choice. Ofrynio Beach office not only maintained its position as national leader but also demonstrated the tangible power of teamwork and strategy. This year’s distinction is the crowning moment of a demanding year marked by hard work, high professionalism and a strong presence in the market. Other significant achievements followed, as offices, teams, and associates received awards for all they accomplished. RE/MAX Choice real estate consultant teams (Team Kariani, Team Touzla, Team Trust, Team Success) reached the top once again, securing the top three national positions in the category of best production teams for 2024.

Moments of inspiration at the RE/MAX Greece convention

One of the most emotional and powerful highlights of the convention’s second day was the moment when Team “Touzla”, from the Ofrynio Beach office, took the stage during the “Spotlight with the Top” session. With authenticity, honesty and simplicity, the consultants shared their day-to-day experiences, challenges and the strategies that led them to success with colleagues from across the country. It was a rare moment of inspiration that received heartfelt applause from the audience.

The excellent and thoroughly organized event by RE/MAX Greece, as every year, brought together prominent guests from the Greek and international real estate industry. Among the featured speakers were Stelios Samoladas (Regional Director RE/MAX Greece), Kurt Lukas (Executive VP RE/MAX Europe), Tim Syrianos (Broker of Record/Owner – Toronto Real Estate Board 2017/2018), Peter Muller (CEO & Founder, Profit Center), and Elisabeth Calbari (Corporate Neuroscientist & Executive Consultant).
