Kourtidis Group of Companies and RE/MAX Choice win an outstanding European distinction at the International Property Awards in London
A remarkable moment has marked the journey of the Kourtidis Group of Companies, which was honored with three awards at the 2024-2025 International Property Awards held in London, one of which was the coveted “Five Stars Award.” During the impressive ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, the Kourtidis Group was recognized at the European level for its contribution to the real estate and construction sectors. The Group’s Management accepted the awards with great joy and pride among leading entrepreneurs in the industry.
Specifically, the Kourtidis Group won the award in the “Residential Development 2-9 Units” category for the “Sea Residence” project, the “Residential Renovation/Redevelopment” award for the renovation of “The Dolphin,” and the “Five Stars Award” in the “Real Estate Agency 5-20 Offices” category for its RE/MAX Choice offices. With these distinctions, the Group essentially claimed the top position in Europe, further solidifying its reputation in the real estate sector. By winning the “Five Stars Award,” RE/MAX Choice automatically qualified for the global competition in the Grand Final of the International Property Awards.

At the European level, the European Property Award is recognized as one of the most prestigious awards in the field and is awarded to companies distinguished for their quality of service, customer care, and innovation.
