REUCON26: Kourtidis Group’s REMAX Choice travelled to Florence for the REMAX European Convention

When Real Estate meets Art

REMAX Choice and Kourtidis Group concluded their participation in REUCON26, the REMAX European Convention held in Florence on 9 and 10 September, with a significant distinction, new international connections and valuable experiences. Over the course of two days, real estate professionals from across Europe gathered in the Italian city to exchange knowledge and perspectives on market developments, emerging trends and the future of the industry.

Under this year’s central theme, “The Art of Real Estate,” the event highlighted the connection between real estate, art, architecture and contemporary construction. Property was presented as a form of creation that acquires its own aesthetic, identity and story through design and its relationship with the place in which it is situated.

REMAX Choice participated in the convention as part of the wider REMAX Greece delegation, using the event as an important opportunity for networking and the development of new professional relationships. Meetings with executives and associates from across the European network facilitated the exchange of expertise and the exploration of new opportunities for collaboration at an international level. At the same time, the presence in Florence gave REMAX Choice associates the opportunity to present new projects currently under development, as well as investment opportunities arising from Kourtidis Group’s operations.

The way in which Kourtidis Group’s new generation of projects was presented also attracted considerable interest. Fully aligned with the concept of the convention, the new designs currently under development took on a distinctive artistic dimension, transforming their architectural identity into part of the overall experience of the event. This approach captured the attention of participants and sparked discussions around the philosophy behind the Group’s new projects.

A special distinction in Florence

One of the highlights of REUCON26 was the distinction awarded to Aegean Elegance by Kourtidis Group, designed by our partners 2M – Ioannis and Eleni Babi, in the REMAX Europe competition. The award was presented on the second and final day of the convention during REMAX Night, marking a memorable conclusion to the two-day event in Florence.

REUCON26 provided valuable knowledge, strengthened professional relationships and created significant prospects for the future. At the same time, it further strengthened the connection of REMAX Choice and Kourtidis Group with the international real estate community, opening new pathways for presenting the Group’s projects and investment opportunities to an international audience.
