5 Prestigious European Awards for Kourtidis Group and RE/MAX Choice

For the second consecutive year, the Group stands among Europe’s top real estate companies at the European Property Awards 2025

Another significant international recognition has been added to the achievements of the Kourtidis Group of Companies, which earned a total of five awards at the European Property Awards 2025, reaffirming its continuous upward trajectory in the real estate sector. The award ceremony took place in London, at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, in the presence of leading entrepreneurs and distinguished representatives from the real estate and architectural industries across Europe. The European Property Awards are part of a globally acclaimed institution that honors the highest standards of excellence in real estate development and design.

Specifically, Kourtidis Group received four distinctions for its landmark developments:

• Residential Development 2–9 Units – Sea Glow, located in Ofrynio Beach
• Residential Development 10–19 Units – Blue Diamond, located in Nea Iraklitsa
• Residential Development 20+ Units – Emerald Island, located on the island of Thassos
• Architecture Multiple Units – Blue Diamond, located in Nea Iraklitsa

The Blue Diamond project also won the coveted Five Star Award, the highest distinction in its category. This honor automatically qualified the project for the International Property Awards Grand Final, where it will compete at a global level.

At the same time, RE/MAX Choice was recognized in the category Real Estate Agency 5–20 Offices for Greece, once again demonstrating the company’s exceptional service quality and its strong presence in the Greek real estate market.

Representing Kourtidis Group at the ceremony and receiving the awards were Mr. Nikos Kourtidis, President of the Group, Ms. Konstantina Dimitrova, Vice President, Ms. Kleoniki Gavriilidou, Head of the Legal Department and spouse of the President, as well as the Group’s external engineering partners for the award-winning projects, Nikoleta Pehlivani & Associates and CDL Architects.

This year’s success marks the second consecutive year that Kourtidis Group has been distinguished at the European Property Awards.
