Kourtidis Group at the 31st Kavala Expo

A dynamic presence and a vision for growth in northern Greece

With an impressive presence and its own exhibition stand, Kourtidis Group participated in the 31st Kavala Expo, organized by the Kavala Chamber of Commerce and Industry from October 10 to 13 at the “Apostolos Mardyris” Exhibition Center in Nea Karvali. The Group’s participation marked its continued support for this important institution while showcasing its vision for a new era of growth and investment in Northern Greece, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and added value for local communities.

The exhibition opened with an excellent inaugural ceremony and attracted a large number of visitors, entrepreneurs, and political representatives, many of whom visited the Kourtidis Group stand. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the Group’s operations and its landmark projects spanning the region, from the Strymonian Gulf to the island of Thassos. Of particular interest was the presentation on the progress of The Nea Polis project in Perigiali, Kavala, as well as the striking visuals of BEYOND, the Group’s major redevelopment investment of the former Ice Factory. Throughout the event, executives and consultants from Kourtidis Group and RE/MAX Choice were present at the stand, welcoming guests with professionalism and guiding them through the Group’s vision for the years ahead.

In addition, during the exhibition, the Group hosted a series of live discussions and interviews featuring professionals from the fields of real estate, construction, investment, and tourism. Notably, Christodoulos Topsidis, the Regional Governor of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace took part, highlighting the major investment in Perigiali, the added value it brings to the area, Kourtidis Group’s contribution to the region, and the importance of collaboration with local businesses to strengthen the market and promote regional development.
