EXPO REAL 2026: Kourtidis Group at the Greek National Pavilion

Kourtidis Group has successfully concluded its participation in EXPO REAL 2026, held from 5 to 7 October at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich. The exhibition is widely regarded as one of the most important annual events on the European real estate and investment calendar, bringing together development industry executives, institutional investors, financial institutions and advisors from around the world.

Kourtidis Group was part of the Greek National Pavilion, organized by the German Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Enterprise Greece. Under the central message “Invest in a Great Destination”, the Group presented Alexandrou Chora to exhibition visitors and used its developments portfolio to showcase the country’s investment potential.

Alexandrou Chora: A destination with a distinct identity

The centerpiece of kourtidis Group’s presence was Alexandrou Chora, the major investment and development project it is carrying out in the wider Amphipolis area.
