Kourtidis Group at the Business Forum of Kavala Expo

From September the 29th to October the 2nd, the 29th Kavala Expo took place at the „Apostolos Mardyris“ Exhibition Centre in Nea Karvali, Kavala. The international exhibition attracted a large number of visitors as well as businessmen and investors interested in doing business in the region. In this context, a very interesting Business Forum was organized on the 30th of September in which Kourtidis Group participated with 2 panels.

The main speakers of the forum were the President of Kourtidis Group Mr. Nikos Kourtidis and the Vice President Mrs. Konstantina Dimitrova. The Management of Kourtidis Group presented its thoughts on the present and future of entrepreneurship and development in the region for the next decade.

Presentations, in the context of an open dialogue, were made on tourism and real estate by Kourtidis Group’s COO Hospitality Karl Chehab and the Real Estate Consultants of RE/MAX Choice Lina Bikou, Yannis Miliadis, Thodoris Makris and Pericles Pericleous.

The forum was opened by the President of the Chamber of Kavala Markos Dembas, the Director of the Chamber, Ms. Suzi Mavrommatis and the Head of the Foreign Direct Investment Department of the Ministry of Development and Investment, Kalliopi Bourtzala. Mrs. Bourtzala, obviously impressed by all that Kourtidis Group presented, congratulated the management and the executives of the Group and stated that she will support the Group’s business ideas and activities. In fact, she stated that „I am inspired by such businesses and I believe in their regions and their advantages. I am honestly touched by how Mrs Dimitrova spoke about this place“.

Mr Kourtidis expressed his congratulations to those who participated and organized the event, stressing that: „I would like to say a big „Thank you“ to our friend and President of the Chamber of Kavala, Markos Dembas, for the opportunity to be at this event, among distinguished speakers“. Mrs Dimitrova in turn stressed that „the wider region of Kavala and Thassos are really gaining global interest. As a Group, we always act with the aim of promoting this blessed place. In fact, major investments are being prepared, such as the Alexandrou Chora project, which will lead to further development“.
