Kourtidis Group’s New Year’s event was a great success

In a highly festive atmosphere, the Kourtidis Group of Companies welcomed the new year, at the annual event organized for the cutting of the New Year’s cake. The glamorous event took place on Sunday afternoon, January 28, in a packed hall at the Oscar Club & Live Stage, in Kavala.

The management of Kourtidis Group, the staff, all its partners from all 6 RE/MAX Choice offices (Ofrynio Beach, Kavala, Nea Irakleitsa, Drama, Serres, Thassos), the team of Oiko Kourtidis and Costa Ofrynio Booking were present to bid farewell to another year with many successes. At the same time, the event was honored with the presence of distinguished guests, representatives of the parliament of the local government and official bodies, as well as external partners of the group.

„Life, love, passion and dreams“ was the motto of the evening, with the programme starting with a review of 2023, with the goals that were achieved and the moments that made it unique. Kourtidis Group President – Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice Nikos Kourtidis and Vice President – Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice Konstantina Dimitrova welcomed the attendees and gave their wishes for the New Year. Major awards and accolades, global partnerships and expansion into new markets were some of the topics discussed at the event while new goals for the year 2024 were set.

The awards that followed were excellent for all that the partners and team leaders of RE/MAX Choice in Greece and Europe have achieved. In an atmosphere of joy and pride, it was announced that a team of agents of the company was distinguished worldwide and won a great award, the first time a team in Greece has won it. Team Kariani, after an absolutely successful year, won the Diamond Award in the RE/MAX Global network.  In addition, the great successes continued at the office level as it was announced, according to the official results of RE/MAX Greece, that the RE/MAX Choice office in Ofrynio Beach is number 1 in production for 2023 in Greece and the Kavala office is number 3.

Then, the customary cutting of the cake took place, during which the wishes for the new year were given. The MP & former Minister of National Defence Mr. Nikos Panagiotopoulos, the MP Mr. Ioannis Paschalidis, the MP Mrs. Angeliki Delikari, the Vice-Regional Governor of Kavala, Mr. Theodoros Markopoulos, the Vice-Regional Director of Development Mr. Alexandros Iosifidis, the Delegate Councillor for Sports & Employment Mr. Stelios Ignatiadis and the President of the Chamber of Kavala Mr. Markos Dempas, congratulated the management and partners of Kourtidis Group for all they offer for local development. At the same time, they wished that this successful course will continue in the new year.

At the end of the glamorous event, a surprise awaited the partners and guests of Kourtidis Group. The well-known musician Pavlos Gordis from Kavala with his orchestra entertained the attendees, closing the evening in the most beautiful way.
