Position: Office Employee / Administrative Support – Kourtidis Group
📍 Location: Paralia Ofriniou
Kourtidis Group, a dynamically growing Group active in construction, real estate and tourism, is looking for an Office Employee / Administrative Support for its headquarters in Paralia Ofriniou.
This role is the first point of contact for visitors, partners and clients, contributing substantially to the overall professional image of the Group.
Main Responsibilities:
✔ Supporting daily office operations
✔ Managing phone calls and correspondence
✔ Data entry and updates in the CRM system
✔ Organizing files and managing documents
✔ Supporting the real estate consultants team
Required Qualifications:
✔ Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
✔ Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
✔ Good command of English
✔ Organizational skills and attention to detail
