Kourtidis Group continues a trajectory of dynamic growth, planning five major investments aimed at reshaping the landscape of Northern Greece. Among these flagship projects is The Nea Polis, currently undergoing all licensing procedures, underscoring the Group’s strategy to invest in areas with untapped potential and low tourism exposure, actively contributing to their impressive growth and revitalization.
A prime example is Perigiali, located on the eastern edge of Kavala, an area of exceptional natural beauty that has long been neglected. This image is set to change dramatically with the Group’s iconic new investment: the creation of an entirely new urban development that is placing the region firmly on the investment map.
The Nea Polis is already well underway and stands as one of the largest private residential investments in Northern Greece. With a total budget reaching €150 million, the project is set to play a pivotal role in upgrading the area, generating significant benefits for the local economy and community.
Developed across land area of more than 50,000 sq.m., the project includes the construction of over 500 modern residences. Specifically, seven major residential complexes are planned, forming a new urban core with high-quality infrastructure and contemporary living standards. The development is expected to create more than 700 new jobs, with the first properties scheduled for delivery in 2025. The full implementation is projected over a four-year timeline.

The Nea Polis is being designed around the principles of sustainability, privacy and quality of life. The neighborhoods will feature communal green spaces, playgrounds, an open-air cinema, a library, a gym, and designated picnic areas forming a true “neighborhood” model that combines public infrastructure with functional aesthetics. Special emphasis is placed on security, with private parking and controlled access throughout the complex.
