Kourtidis Group is a top Greek group of companies, with continuous investments in resources, geographical areas and with specialized human resources, that has been playing a leading part in Greece and abroad for 27 years.

Operating with extroversion and dynamism, with large-scale projects and a series of successful business moves, Kourtidis Group is constantly expanding its activities with new innovative products and high level services.

The story of creating a leading group of companies in Greece, started several years ago

The first presence in Greek business is given in 1996 with the establishment of the construction company, Oiko Kourtidis. A company that has been rapidly developed and transformed the coastal zone of Ofrynio, Orfani and Kariani.

Today, 27 years later, it has evolved into a large, pluralistic Group of companies, based in Paralia Ofryniou of Kavala, starring in the fields of Construction, Investment, Real Estate, Tourism and Property Management.

2001 to 2009

Oiko Kourtidis builds more than five complexes, with flagship, the complex “Panorama” in Kariani, which is now the largest complex in Greece, built exclusively by one and only company.

2012

A milestone for the development of the Group is the year 2012 when the Cooperation Agreement with Remax Greece is signed and Remax Choice is created, with the first office in Paralia Ofryniou.

Three years later, the second office of Remax Choice opens in Kavala.

2017 – 2018 – 2019 - 2020

The continuous development of the company in the coming years necessitates its physical presence through the operation of new Remax Choice offices in Nea Iraklitsa, Serres, Drama and Thassos. The network of six offices, in total, is now able to meet the needs of each client, not only in the areas that covers but also in rest Greece.

2017 – 2018 – 2019 - 2020

The Group’s activities are expanded and investing in tourism industry with the construction and exploitation of luxury tourist accommodation in Paralia Ofryniou. In the same year, is made the decision of designing Alexandrou Chora Project, which is expected to change impressively the size and dynamics of Group, but also the tourist image of the region.

Is implemented the idea that brings the full verticalization of the Group’s services, through the establishment of Costa Ofrynio Booking, the property management company and the creation of short-term rentals platform in Paralia Ofrynio.

A very important move is made with the creation of GIS department (Golden Investment Services), by providing integrated, high-level services to each potential investor who wants to operate in any sector of the Greek economy.
