New Year event – Impressive announcements from Kourtidis Group of Companies and RE/MAX Choice

The New Year event of Kourtidis Group and its large real estate company RE/MAX Choice took place in a packed room, at the Grand Hotel Palace in Thessaloniki, on Sunday, January 22nd. The management of Kourtidis Group, the Regional Directors of RE/MAX Greece Christos and Stelios Samoladas, the staff of all the companies of the group and the 6 offices of RE/MAX Choice (in Ofrynio Beach, Kavala, N. Irakleitsa, Serres, Drama and Thassos) as well as selected associates attended the event to celebrate the New Year.

The programme started with a review of 2022, with all the moments that stood out and made it unique. Kourtidis Group’s President – Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice Nikos Kourtidis and Vice President – Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Choice Konstantina Dimitrova welcomed the attendees and gave their wishes for the New Year. Kleoniki Gavriilidou, head of the group’s legal department, also gave an emotional greeting. This was followed by important awards for all that the agents and team leaders of RE/MAX Choice in Greece and Europe as well as the Group in general have achieved.

In an atmosphere of celebration and pride, three very important announcements were made. RE/MAX Europe selected RE/MAX Choice and the Group’s President as its Ambassador in Greece for the next two years 2023 – 2024. “I was delighted to accept the invitation to the RE/MAX Ambassador program, this honorable distinction. I want to represent our region with all my strengths,” said Mr. Kourtidis.

At the same time, a team of RE/MAX Choice agents was distinguished worldwide and won a great award, which was awarded for the first time to a team in Greece. Yannis Zervas, Lina Bikou and Yanna Yaneva from Team Kariani, after an absolutely successful year, won the Titan Club Award.

In addition, the great successes continued at office level. It was announced that according to the official results of RE/MAX Greece, the RE/MAX Choice office in Ofrynio Beach is number 1 in production for 2022 in Greece and the Kavala office is number 3.

With the wish to continue this successful course in the new year, the management set its goals for ’23.

Afterwards, a pleasant surprise awaited the guests. Alexandros Harizanis and Giorgos Vavouras gave a unique stand up comedy performance with improvisational elements, bringing laughter to everyone. Finally, the customary cake cutting took place and the event closed with music and dance.
