This program is designed for anyone looking to secure a guaranteed return on their investment. We provide a 5% guaranteed return during the tourist season, while for the remaining 6 months, the property remains fully at the owner’s disposal for personal use or independent exploitation.
During the lease period, Group services and actions provided for your property include:
- Full operational management
- Furnishing and property preparation guidelines through two available options, following the Group’s hospitality standards to ensure high quality and competitiveness
- Water and electricity consumption (excluding fixed service fees)
- Property cleaning and pest control
- Air conditioning maintenance
- Public liability insurance coverage
- Insurance coverage for earthquake, flood, and fire
The contract features a 3-year term, securing stability and consistent returns.
Upon completion of the 3-year Max Value program, Horizone – Accommodation Management (based in Thessaloniki with extensive experience in managing tourist accommodations and hotels across Greece) assumes the complete professional management of the property. Kourtidis Group joins forces with Horizone to deliver a seamless, long-term solution for maximizing your asset’s potential.
Alternatively, you retain the option to transition your property to a long-term lease, aligned with your personal preferences and investment goals.
