Office Employee / Administrative Support for its headquarters in

This role is the first point of contact for visitors, partners and clients, contributing substantially to the overall professional image of the Group.

Main Responsibilities:

✔ Supporting daily office operations
✔ Managing phone calls and correspondence
✔ Data entry and updates in the CRM system
✔ Organizing files and managing documents
✔ Supporting the real estate consultants team

Required Qualifications:

✔ Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

Position: Construction Manager – Kourtidis Group

📍 Location: Paralia Ofriniou | Project: Great Resort

The Kourtidis Group, a dynamically growing organization with presence in construction, real estate, and tourism, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of a landmark, high-specification tourism development.

The role includes full supervision of the construction process, coordination of contractors and crews, quality and schedule control, and ensuring the proper and high-standard execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage and coordinate daily construction site operations
✔ Monitor quality control, measurements, and certifications
✔ Track project schedule and budget
✔ Oversee project delivery and handover
✔ Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

✔ Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
✔ 8+ years of experience in construction site management
✔ Experience in complex building projects (hotel projects will be considered an advantage)
✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✔ Good command of the English language
