3-day visit of representatives from RE/MAX Bulgaria offices
They were impressed by the development and the beauties of Amphipolis and Ofrynio Beach
From Friday 27 to Sunday 29 May, Kourtidis Group and RE/MAX Choice hosted and gave a tour to real estate consultants, agents, and brokers from RE/MAX Bulgaria offices in the area of Ofrynio Beach.
The 3-day trip began with an event of the group at the Amphipolis Conference Center, where through a special presentation the archaeological site of Amphipolis, the wider area of Ofrynio Beach – Costa Ofrynio, Kourtidis Group, and its projects were presented. Afterwards, a guided tour of the complexes of Kourtidis Group, but also of many interesting tourist spots in the area took place.
On Saturday, they had the opportunity to see other beauties of Kavala Prefecture, but also to visit the offices of the real estate company RE/MAX Choice in Kavala and N. Irakleitsa. This tour could not end without a stop at The Dolphin, the Group’s new large project in Perigiali.
On the evening of the same day, the first RE/MAX Choice forum was held entitled “Real Estate in Northern Greece: Perspective, Opportunities, Challenges”.
The President of Kourtidis Group Nikos Kourtidis welcomed all attendees with his greeting speech, while the Regional Director of RE/MAX Greece Stelios Samoladas gave the opening speech of the forum. The keynote speech was delivered by the Vice President of Kourtidis Group, Konstantina Dimitrova.
The event was also attended by all RE/MAX Choice associates from all 6 offices of the company, and thus they had the opportunity to meet their colleagues from the neighboring country and exchange views and ideas.
The 3-day event ended on Sunday with a meeting at the Group’s Headquarters in Ofrynio Beach – Costa Ofrynio and finally with a tour of the “Vivlia Chora” winery, where our guests had the opportunity to taste local wines in one of the most wine-making areas of Greece.
It was three days full of interesting and constructive discussions, which once again showed how strong the RE/MAX family is. It was three days full of promotion of our region and Greece. For Kourtidis Group it is always a great pleasure to host people who love our country and share the same passion for real estate.
