Alexandrou Chora Village – A model complex for the Greek standards

Alexandrou Chora is the great vision of Kourtidis group of companies which is now becoming a reality. It is a unique Multiplex Tourist Complex in an ideal location next to the sea in Ofrynio Beach – Costa Ofrynio and perfectly harmonized with the natural environment, with a total area of 175.000 sq.m., which will be divided into 3 different sections: Alexandrou Chora Resort, Alexandrou Chora Village, and Alexander Theme Park.

The second section of the project, Alexandrou Chora Village, is designed to be a model complex for the Greek standards. In an area of 26,000 m2, 200 luxury residences will be built, which in their final form will form a modern and unique “picturesque village”. The architectural design pays special attention to public spaces, squares, parks, playgrounds, while the basic philosophy also includes the creation of a unique market, with restaurants and cafes and shops, a medical clinic etc. Residents in the complex will have direct access to all the therapeutic activities and facilities of the hotels.

Alexandrou Chora Village is of course part of a project with a strong “green” footprint that is designed to be human and environmentally friendly. Sensitive and environmentally conscious, Alexandrou Chora will stand out for its “green” and “smart” philosophy.

The construction of all the necessary technical infrastructure for its operation as an autonomous settlement is characterized as a model in sustainable economy, energy autonomy, digital innovation, and green mobility. These elements are essentially a new model of eco-tourism and circular economy. The main axis in the operation of the Project is the development of innovative telecommunication services and technological applications, focusing on the development of technology infrastructure and broadband networks as well as the implementation of “smart” solutions in the energy and transport networks.
