Dolphin – a project of European standards

Another big project is being planned by the Kourtidis group of companies. An important project of European standards, which will also bear the signature of Oiko Kourtidis, our construction company, and is called The Dolphin.

This is a project which concerns the reconstruction of a building of 61 apartments, within an area of 8900 sq.m., in Perigiali of Kavala. This area by the sea, is suitable for summer holidays and enchants the visitor, as it harmoniously combines the blue of the Aegean with the green of the nature.

The purchase of the property is in the process of completion and everything is now ready for the start of the construction works, which is scheduled for April 2022. The construction works are estimated to be completed in 2023 and the Dolphin will be ready not only to welcome its new tenants, but also to give another “air” and additional development to Perigiali and the wider area.
