The Kourtidis Group is looking for a Construction Project Manager based at its headquarters in Paralia Ofriniou.

Responsibilities:

✔ Managing and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion
✔ Ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance
✔ Supervising and guiding teams of engineers and contractors
✔ Coordinating supplies and managing work crews
✔ Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and applicable laws

Required Qualifications:

✔ Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
✔ Previous experience as a Construction Manager in large-scale construction projects, with a focus on the hospitality sector
✔ Experience in developing luxury hotels, tourist accommodations, or vacation residences
✔ Excellent knowledge of design and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
✔ Strong team management and problem-solving skills
