Nikos Kourtidis: “The self-made businessman who “built” a tourist destination”
They call him “The King of Touzla” and with good reason, since in less than three decades he managed to transform a small coastal refugee settlement at the western point of Kavala, in a world-class resort.
Nikos Kourtidis, since 1996 has built more than 1300 houses in Ofrynio Beach, while his new project includes the construction of “5-star” hotels, a village with luxury accommodation buildings and landscaped outdoor areas with a strong ecological character.
