Summer Stories 2022 – The big summer event of Kourtidis Group
The first annual event of Kourtidis group of companies after the pandemic, “Summer Stories 2022” was held with great success on Saturday 18 June at the headquarters of Ofrynio Beach in Kavala. Despite the adverse weather conditions, more than 1000 investors and clients accepted the invitation and celebrated together with the management and dozens of the group’s partners the 10 years since the establishment of the real estate company RE/MAX Choice.
It was a glittering reception held as a “thank you” to the partners, clients and investors of the region in which Kourtidis Group operates. It was a “thank you” to all those who have supported it with confidence over the years and have contributed to it being a leader in the construction, real estate, investment, and tourism sectors today.
The projects and the major announcements
The event presented the development of dozens of projects and all the projects that the Kourtidis Group is constructing in Ofrynio Beach, Nea Irakleitsa, Kavala, Thassos and in general in Northern Greece. A review of the successful course from the beginning until today was given, while reports on future projects were made.
Perhaps the most important announcement concerned the developments in the large Alexandrou Chora tourism project, which includes the creation of 2 luxury hotels, a model Village of 200 residences and a state-of-the-art theme park. The management of Kourtidis Group decided to put its vision in good and safe hands. Against the backdrop of the enthusiasm and the prolonged applause of the guests, President Nikos Kourtidis and Vice President Konstantina Dimitrova symbolically handed over the “key” and the responsibility for the opening of the mega project to one of the top executives of the Greek tourism industry. The French-Lebanese Karl Chehab, with his rare CV, his huge collaborations and his vast experience in the hotel sector, is the man who will take over the entire hospitality sector of the group, as well as the completion and operation phase of Alexandrou Chora.
The birthday, the awards, and the surprises
Kourtidis Group’s 26th birthday and RE/MAX Choice’s 10th birthday were celebrated on stage by the management and all employees, with a cake cutting and fireworks that made the night a day.
But a new and innovative activity involving the promotion and development of the area was even presented during the event. Very soon every visitor of the wider region (Kavala, Serres, Drama, Xanthi) through the new application (app) “Kavala Experience”, will be able to get free of charge and in an extremely simple way, his personal guide!
The evening was not lacking in emotion, with the awarding of the first clients of Kourtidis Group and RE/MAX Choice, as well as Mrs. Kleoniki Gavriilidou, Head of Legal Department, for her contribution to the Group.
The event was honored with the presence and greeted by the Vice-Regional Governor of Kavala Alexis Politis and the Mayor of Paggaio Philip Anastasiadis. Present at the event were also the Mayor of Amphipolis Stergios Frastanlis and the Regional Director of RE/MAX Greece Stelios Samoladas.
