The finance team is part of the organization of the Kourtidis Group and is responsible to ensure the financial well-being of all companies within the group. The finance department includes all subdepartments necessary to insure the proper handling of several tasks such as financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, internal audit, financial operations, risk management, and investor relations.

Contract management is one of the finances’ subdepartments. Its main task is to handle the purchase and sales of real estate properties. Through constant monitoring of transactional procedures, it makes sure that all contracts are processed on time and efficiently.
