Impressive participation of Kourtidis Group – RE/MAX Choice in Real Estate Expo North
The new product “6% – The inflation solution” was presented for the first time
Real Estate Expo North, the leading event for real estate in Northern Greece, concluded on November 20 at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre. Kourtidis Group of Companies, with a leading role in the industry for 26 years and RE/MAX Choice with activity and physical presence with 6 offices in Ofrynio Beach, Kavala, Drama, Serres, N. Irakleitsa and Thassos, had an impressive participation.
Those who visited the exhibition area at Pavilion 16 of TIF – Helexpo, had the opportunity to learn about all the projects, services and an important new product of the group with excellent investment interest. The dominant theme and product of Kourtidis Group, which was officially presented for the first time to all RE/MAX colleagues from Northern Greece, was “6% – The inflation solution”. The special presentation event was a great success in a packed hall attended by the entire RE/MAX family, the President of RE/MAX Greece Mr. S. Samoladas and other colleagues of the industry.
A large number of visitors and prospective Greek and foreign investors were also informed about the “6%” by the real estate consultants of RE/MAX Choice, the group’s real estate company. In addition, all the services and projects of Kourtidis Group were presented, thus making known to everyone that it follows the vertical integration structure, as it operates in the Construction, Real estate, Investment and Hospitality sectors. Furthermore, all the developments around the group’s big vision, the Alexandrou Chora project, were announced.
During these three days, important meetings were held with personalities from business, investment and politics. Among them were the Deputy Minister of Interior responsible for Macedonia-Thrace issues Mr. Stavros Kalafatis and the Mayor of Thessaloniki Mr. Konstantinos Zervas.
The management of Kourtidis Group did not hide its satisfaction with the effectiveness of the group’s presence at the Real Estate Expo North. The group’s president Mr. Nikos Kourtidis said that “It was important that I felt the need and the willingness of RE/MAX colleagues to cooperate and share. This need has been translated by our group for years into real partnerships and successful deals. The exhibition was an ideal opportunity to invite our colleagues to collaborate on the basis of a new product with multiple benefits for the client and us.”
