With the provision of support services to the general property management process as its main operating axis, the specific department is responsible for the support and monitoring of the entire process of the electronic auctions conducted through the Group’s new website. In addition, key responsibilities of the department include the management of residential auction properties with full support and guidance, while it also consults and assists in the process of issuing mortgage – repair loans, in cooperation with all Greek banks.

It is also in constant communication with all Greek and foreign portals where the Group’s properties are displayed and moreover contacts private companies, public authorities, professional sectors of the regions where the company operates, with the aim of mutually beneficial collaborations.
