The CRM & Online Property Management Department is mainly responsible for the continuous supervision and update of the CRM software. It focuses on the proper use of the system, making sure that information is entered as per the standards of operations.

The Department is also responsible to set the strategy, update the standards of operations and liaise with the supplier for the continuous update of the system, aiming to strengthen the customer-centric philosophy of the company.

Another main task of the Department is to organize, manage and publish new complexes on the Construction company’s website. Furthermore, it keeps the properties and complexes up to date and posts them on portals abroad with the main objective of promoting them and provides on guests with the proper information.
